Run a Red Light? Expect A Crash!

April 20, 2010 @ 12:58 PM — by Mark Johnson

This car and school bus injury accident took place in Colorado and involved a Toyota Prius and a special needs school bus. The Prius was witnessed running a red light and plowing into the school bus. The fire department responded to this call and took two injured students, a students' aid and the bus driver to a local hospital.

Although many of the injuries were catalogued as bumps and bruises, many times this is just the surface injury; something else more serious may be going on, internally. It is smart policy to not settle any automobile accident claim until you know for sure if you will be ok medically and not be in trouble later when unexpected complications arise from the accident.

The Prius driver was not harmed and was cited for running a red light.  The families of the special needs children who were injured in this crash may want to speak to a skilled personal injury lawyer and find out what their rights are and what they can do in a situation like this. From the evidence and the police report, it appears the driver of the car was totally at fault for running a red light.

Given that state of affairs, it would be possible to file a personal injury lawsuit against him. His negligence caused harm to others. While they are discussing the possibilities of a lawsuit, they might also want to check into lawsuit funding.

Lawsuit funding, also known as litigation funding, is fast cash that comes quickly to assist plaintiffs in paying their bills and getting their lives back together after serious trauma. A lawsuit cash advance is exactly what it says it is; an advance on your eventual settlement or court verdict. However, you get the money “now” and it lets you have the peace of mind in knowing you can handle any financial difficulties as they arise while waiting for your case to be resolved.   Repayment is contingent upon outcome; if you lose the case, you don't have to pay the money back.

It only takes one phone call or website visit, and in as little as 48 hours, your money arrives. You don’t have to have a job and whether you have good or bad credit does not matter when you apply for legal finance services.  The phone call and the advice are free.
